All moneys due or to become due from boskalis nigeria limited and westminster dredging (nigeria) limited to the banks (as defined) under a restructuring agreement of even date and or any costs. Charges and expenses incurred in connection with the protection preservation or enforcement of the rights of the banks or any of them under the financing document (as defined in the restructuring agreement)

1) by way of assignment by way of security the following rights claims privileges. Securing the payment by boskalis nigeria limited ('bkn') and/or westminster dredging (nigeria) limited ('wdn') and/or any or all of boskalis westminster inter group B.v boskalis westminster clearing B.V. boskalis westminster limited boskalis westminster nederland B.V. boskalis westminster construction international B.V., bkw foremost transport B.V. bw soco B.V. and boskalis westminster international limited (the assignores) of all amounts outstanding and interest accrued therein under a restructuring agreement agreed to upon 2.5.86 and made between royal boskalis westminster N.V. westminster N.V., boskalis westminster nederland B.V., bkn, wdn bw soco B.V. and the banks and/or under the security agreement to secure the performance of all the guarantees, covenants conditions continued in the restructuring agreement and/or security agreement.
