All right, title and interest of five arrows leasing group limited in relation to the managed service contract dated 30 june 2001 and numbered lab/roche/06/01 between roche diagnostics limited and the royal free hampstead nhs trust ( "managed service contract"), and (ii) all claims for damages in respect of breach of the managed service contract, and (iii) any insurance proceeds in respect of or relating to the equipment.
