By way of 1ST legal mortgage all the property of the company together with all fixtures and fitting (including trade fixtures and fittings) and fixed plant and machinery, 1ST fixed charge on goodwill & uncalled capital, 1ST floating charge on undertaking and all property and assets present and future (see doc M8).
