First fixed charge all the byiers rights, title and interest, present and future in the assets more particularly described in the conditional sale agreement being the goods and the conditional sale agreement, the guarantee, the lease and the account. Assigns and agrees to assign all the buyers right, title and interest in and to the above named assets. Agrees to charge such off the mortgaged property which right from time to time be situated in scotland.
