Each of the companies charge as beneficial holders in favour of the trustee its undertaking and all its property and assets whatsoever and wheresoever situated including any uncalled capital as security for the payment to the trustees of the moneys payable under its guarantee given pursuant to clause 2 of the tenth supplemental deed.
