The company has assigned and conveyed in favour of citicorp as trustee for and on behalf of the bank,its transferees,successors and assigns all of the company's collection rights with respect to any and all payments,including but not limited to (I) in cash in argentinian pesos,U.S.dollars or any other lawful currency or (ii) evidenced by any securities,banking instrument or document evidencing a payment obligation or (iii) in the form of other property or right ofwhatever nature or kind as payment in kind,on any account payable by edea under an operations agreement.

Any and all present and future obligations of inversora electrica de buenos aires S.A.(ieba) to citicorp administration de inversiones S.A.,for and on behalf of the bank and its succesors and assigns arising from (I) a senior credit agreement dated 20 may 1997 and/or (ii) the assignment

£23,500 and any other sums from time to time deposited in the separate designated account with the landlords bankers and any interest earned thereon and retained in the account.

All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee under the terms of the aforementioned instrument creating or evidencing the charge
