A) any moneys which may be payable to the company in accordance with the terms of clause 9(a) of the new deed of covenant being a deed of covenant d/d 28/6/90 b) the company 64/64TH shares in the vessel (being M.V."city of london" official number 717425).

All the company's rights title interest and benefit present and future in and under a) M.V. "city of london" registered at the port of london under official number 717425 and b) the earning and insurances of the vessel and any compensation payable in respect of requisition for title or other compulsory acquisition of the vessel.
