All the companies right title and interest with full title guarantee in and to :- 1) all the eversholt shares together with all rights and claims to which the company is now or may hereafter become entitled in relation to the shares. 2) all rights and claims to which the company is now or may hereafter become entitled pursuant to the warranties. 3) floating charge over the whole of the company's undertaking and assets.
