Payment by the company to the chargee of a sum equal to the agrregate balance on the security accounts (as defined) following (I) termination of the project agreement (as defined) and (ii) the computation,in accordance with the project agreement,of all sums payable by the chargee to the company (if any) upon such termination pursuant to clause 55 of the project agreement and discharge thereof out of the aggregate balance of the security accounts
