Each and all rights and claims in respect of the assigned ageements excluding any monies received pursuant to the agreements which shall be subject to the floating charge set out in clause 4.1(d) of the shareholder debenture.

The guaranteed amounts and all other monies due or to become due from the company (shareholder) to the chargee under the finance documents (as defined therein)
