All of the shares and all dividends paid or payable on all or any of the shares and all stocks shares securities (and the dividends or interest thereon) rights moneys or property accruing or offered at any time by way of redemption bonus preference option rights or otherwise to or in respect of any such shares all sums standing to the credit of any bank account (as defined) and the debts represented thereby and all interest and other accruals thereon and all rights titles benefits and interest whatsoever. All monies due or to become due from (a) the company to the chargee under the debenture and under the facility agreement and each other finance document (as defined) to which it is a party and (b) the borrower (as defined) under the facility agreement and each other finance document to which it is a party and/or (c) in any case any deed or document supplemental thereto and on any account whatsoever
