All its right title and benefit present and future in to and under the borrower documents and all other contracts agreements deeds and documents to which the borrower cash manager is or may become a party and all of the borrower cash managers book and other debts the proceeds of the same and all other monies due and payable to the borrower cash manager and the benefit of all rights securities and guarantees and by way of floating charge all its property assets and undertakings please refer to form 395 for further details.

All right title and interest and benefit in to and under the borrower documents all moneys standing to the credit of any account, book and other debts goodwill and uncalled capital. See the mortgage charge document for full details.
