All rights titles and benefit and interest of the company arising out of the "assigned documents" (as defined) all shares and related rights all sums standing to the credit of the holdings distribution account and the debt represented thereby together with floating charge all undertaking and all property assets and rights whatsoever and wheresoever present and future not mortgaged or charged by way of fixed charge above..
