First legal mortgage to the security trustee the shares set out in schedule 1 fixed charge all shares not set out in schedule 1 all dividends in respect of all or any shares , all stocks, shares, securities, rights, benefits, monies or property accruing in respect of any of the shares and all dividends, interest or other income floating charge all its assets not effectively mortgaged or charged by way of fixed charge or fixed mortgage.

All monies due or to become due from the company and education support (enfield) limited (the debtor) to the chargee under the terms of the aforementioned instrument creating or evidencing the charge
