The chargor: charges the property, being (1) the freehold property known as land lying to the north west of bridgeside, warwick crescent, rochester registered at the land registry with title number K922478; (2) the freehold property known as land associated with bridgeside, warwick crescent, rochester (ME1 3LE) registered at the land registry with title number K779075; and (3) the freehold property known as land lying to the north west of brambletree crescent, rochester as comprised in a transfer dated 15 september 2023 between lbp property LTD and the chargor registered at the land registry with title number K517700 (part) (and to be allocated a new title number following registration of that transfer) by way of legal mortgage.
