A first fixed charge over the issuer accounts, interests of the issuer under each issuer transaction document, an assignment and an assignation by way ofsecurity of the beneficial rights of the issuer under the obligor transaction documents and a first floating charge over the whole of the undertaking of the property, assets and rights including uncalled capital. All monies due or to become due from the company to the issuer secured creditors under the terms of the aforementioned instrument creating or evidencing the charge
