Each chargor charges by way of first legal mortgage: the properties (the freehold property known as skanska LTD, waterworks lane, glinton, peterborough, PE6 7LP); all other interests and estates in freehold, leasehold (other than any short leasehold property) or commonhold property vested in the chargors at the date of this deed; and in each case, all premises (any buildings on a secured property) and fixtures (in respect of any secured property, all fixtures and fittings (including trade fixtures and fittings) and fixed plant and machinery now or at any time after the date of this deed on that secured property) on such property for the time being.
