As more particularly described in clause 3 of the debenture, fixed and floating charges over all the assets and undertaking (present and future) of begl 4 limited including (I) leasehold land at warwick hall, westnewton, wigton registered at the land registry under title number CU281594, and (ii) wind farm assets and all other equipment supplied pursuant to the turbine purchase contract and ancillary to the wind farm assets, and all other plan and machinery, vehicles, computers and other chattels, equipment or assets of any nature or kind in relation to or in connection with the project (as each capitalised term is defined within the debenture).
