(2) by way of fixed charge any real property at the date of the deed or at any time after the date of the deed (other than the property charged at (1) above); and. (3) by way of fixed charge all present and future patents, trade marks, service marks, designs, business names, copyrights, design rights, moral rights, inventions, confidential information, know how and other intellectual property rights and interests and any similar right in any territory or jurisdiction, whether registered or unregistered, the benefit of all applications and rights to use those assets and all related rights (as defined in the deed) owned by the company (see deed for full details).
