1. by way of first legal mortgage, all land described in schedule 3 of the debenture, specifically: the leasehold land at moreton road, crossways, dorchester, DT2 8DX known as redbridge road solar park and more particularly described in the redbridge lease, registered at land registry under title number DT406432, but excluding the areas shown tinted pink and tinted orange on the plan set out at schedule 9 of the debenture.. 2. by way of first fixed charge: all land now vested in the chargor and all land acquired by the chargor after the date of creation of this charge.
