3.1 as continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured liabilities the borrower charges to the lender with full title guarantee:. 3.1.1 by way of legal mortgage all land now owned by the borrower;. 3.1.2 by way of fixed charge:. 3.1.2.1 any right, title or interest which the borrower has now or acquires in the future to any land; and. 3.1.2.2 the assets set out in schedule 1. schedule 1. 8 all intellectual property belonging to the borrower.
