The borrower, within absolute warrandice and subject to clause 25 of the security trust deed and cash management agreement dated 25 october 2017, assigns to and in favour of the security trustee all its rights, title, interest and benefit, present and future, in, under and pursuant to each scottish declaration of trust; and all its rights, title, interest and benefit, present and future, in and to the scottish trust property, surrogating and substituting the security trustee in its full right and place therein and thereto.

As continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured obligation as set out in the attached deed, the borrower, with absolute warrandice and subject to clause 25 of the security trust deed and cash management agreement dated 25 october 2017, assigns to and in favour of the security trustee all its right, title, interest and benefit, present and future, in, under and pursuant to each scottish declaration of trust; and all its right, title, interest and benefit, present and future in and to the scottish trust property, surrogating and substituting the security trustee in its full right and place therein and thereto.
