All and whole the subjects delineated by the inner edge of the blue line on the plan annexed and executed as relative hereto (the “plan”) under exception of those areas of land (a) edged red; (b) coloured brown; (c) coloured orange; and (d) coloured pink on the plan, which subjects form part and portion of all and whole those two areas of ground being (I) all and whole that area of land registered in the land register of scotland under title number ARG4993; and (ii) all and whole that area of land registered in the land register of scotland under title number ARG15919.
