By way of fixed charge all property from time to time owned and all associated rights in such property; rental income; equipment and associated rights in such equipment; all plant machinery vehicles and computer equipment and associated rights; shares and investments and distribution rights relating to such shares and investments; insurances and insurance proceeds; present and future book debts; bank balances; all intellectual property; contracts; goodwill; all associated rights relating to any assets of the chargor.
