All present and future estates or interests of the company in or over any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property. All present and future interests of the company in any patents, trade marks, service marks, designs business names, copyrights, database rights, design rights, domain names, moral rights, inventions, confidential information, knowhow and other intellectual property rights and interests, whether registered or unregistered and the benefit of all present and future applications and rights to use such assets.

(1) all estates or interests in any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property now owned by the company and all present and future estates or interests of the company in, or over, any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property.. (2) all of the company’s patents, trade marks, service marks, designs, business names, copyrights, database rights, design rights, domain names, moral rights, inventions, confidential information, knowhow and other intellectual property rights and interests (which may now or in the future subsist), whether registered or unregistered and the benefit of all applications and rights to use such assets of the company (which may now or in the future subsist).

(1) all of the company's freehold and leasehold property as is registered or as is required to be registered at the land registry of northern ireland by virtue of the statutes in that behalf or otherwise.. (2) all of the company's estates or interests in any freehold and leasehold property now or subsequently owned by it.. (3) all of the company’s patents, trademarks, service marks, designs, business names, copyrights, database rights, design rights, domain names, moral rights, inventions, confidential information, knowhow and other intellectual property rights and interests (which may now or in the future subsist), whether registered or unregistered and the benefit of all applications and rights to use such assets of the company (which may now or in the future subsist).
