All the freehold and leasehold property (if any) vested in or charged to that chargor including land on the east side of hackforth road, little crakehall, bedale registered at the land registry with title number NYK330685 (crakehall, bedale) and any other property specified in schedule 2 of the group guarantee and debenture (for further details of property charged please refer to schedule 2 of the group guarantee and debenture), together with all buildings and fixtures (including trade fixtures) at any time thereon.
