The freehold property acquired by sigma prs (ibstock) limited by virtue of completion of the land purchase agreement originally dated 19 december 2024 (and as supplemented on 27 june 2025) between (1) sigma prs general partner LLP and (2) countryside properties (UK) limited and known as the former ibstock brick works, roughdales, chester lane, st helens shown edged blue on the plan annexed to the legal charge which as at 27 june 2025 is registered at the land registry as part of title number MS589076 and provisional title number MS721520 (being a transfer of part out of title number MS382074).
