All of the chargor's present and future right, title, benefit and interest in and to its charged accounts and charged accounts balance pursuant to clause 3.2 of the charge.

All the assets and undertaking of the company whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, as charged from time to time pursuant to clause 3.1 to 3.13 of the debenture and all intellectual property charged pursuant to clause 3.10 of the debenture.
