In relation to previously restricted assets, all freehold, leasehold or immovable property which a chargor purports to mortgage or charge pursuant to a mortgage or this debenture (if requested to do so by the security trustee).

All the undertaking and all property, assets and rights of the company, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, as charged from time to time pursuant to clause 3.1 of the debenture dated 24 march 2016 and all intellectual property charged pursuant to clause 3.1.(e) of the debenture dated 24 march 2016.

All assets and undertaking whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future and the property and assets referred to in clauses 3.1 to 3.4, including all present and future intellectual property charged pursuant to clause 3.2.1(g).

The chargor charges with full title guarantee in favour of the security trustee, the real property (including all related rights) and the intellectual property (including all related rights). For more details please refer to the debenture.
