All that and those that part of the land in land registry folios 9469 and 9357 county antrim as listed in schedule 2, part 7 of the debenture and all other assets and undertaking of the company whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future and all property and assets charged pursuant to clause 3.1 to 3.6 of the debenture and all intellectual property charged pursuant to clause 3.2.7 of the debenture.
