All and whole newton farm, wormit, newport-on-tay DD6 8RL, extending to 200.11 hectares (494.47 acres) acres of therby, shown tinted pink and blue on the plan annexed and executed as relative to the standard security which this application relates, being all and whole of the subjects more particularly described in the instrument.

All and whole that part of balmullo farm located to the south-east of the A914 road, being the subject tinted mauve, blue, red and yellow on title sheet FFE71924, forming part and portion of the subjects known as and forming balmullo farm, balmullo, st andrews, KY16 0AQ registered in the land register of scotland under title number FFE71924.

All and whole that part of hayston farm, balmullo, st andrews, KY16 0AJ being the subjects registered in the land register of scotland under title number FFE8698.

All and whole peacehill farm, wormit, newport on tay, DD6 8PJ, being the subjects coloured pink (and also the areas coloured pink and shown pale green, hatched in blue and cross-hatched in black) on the plan annexed and signed as relative to the standard security to which this application relates, which subjects form part and portion of the subjects more particularly described in the instrument.

All and whole the area of ground at kilmany road, wormit shown coloured pink on the plan annexed and executed as relative hereto (the "plan"), being the subjects comprising (a) the area of ground forming part and portion of the subjects at newton farm, wormit, newport-on-tay undergoing registration in the land register of scotland under title number FFE132414 and (b) the area of ground forming part and portion of the subjects at wormit, fife described in the disposition to the wormit trust trustees dated 11 may 2023 and undergoing registration in the land register of scotland under title number FFE143156.
