All and whole (I) the subjects forming part and portion of the heights of kinlochewe estate, kinlochewe, achnasheen dated 19 july 2016 and currently undergoing registration in the land register of scotland under title number ROS18936; and (ii) the tenant’s interest in the lease dated 10 and 11 march 2016 and registered in the land register of scotland under title number ROS18567. All and whole the tenant’s interest in the lease between rosemary ann gravatt nicol, wendy elizabeth gravatt busby and tessa margaret gravatt searle (landlords) and glen hydro kinlochewe limited (tenant) dated 10 and 11 march 2016 and registered in the land register of scotland under title number ROS18567, as varied by a minute of variation more fully described in the instrument of charge.
