Including all future and present freehold and leasehold property owned by the chargor together with all buildings, structures, fixtures and fittings thereon (including all trade and tenant's fixtures). All present and future patents, patent applications, trade marks and service marks (where registered or not), copyrights and all other intellectual property rights and all other rights relating thereto legally or beneficially owned by the chargor.

All and whole those subjects known as and forming ground at parkhill farm, arbroath being the subjects more particularly described in lease between andrew james duncan and catherine margaret duncan and park hill solar limited registered in the land register of scotland on 15TH february 2017, the tenant's interest in which is registered in the land register of scotland under title number ANG73053.

The chargor charges with full title guarantee in favour of the security trustee, the real property (including all related rights) and the intellectual property (including all related rights). For more details please refer to the debenture.

All and whole the tenant’s interest in a lease between (1) andrew james duncan and catherine margaret duncan and (2) park hill solar limited dated 13 and 25 march 2016 of subjects at parkhill farm, arbroath registered in the land register of scotland under title number ANG73053.
