All and whole the subjects known as and forming kelvin hall, 1431 argyle street, glasgow G3 8AW being the subjects more particularly described in the notice of title dated 30 march 2007 and recorded in the general register of sasines applicable to the county of barony and regality of glasgow on 4 april 2007 and which subjects are currently undergoing registration in the land register of scotland under title number GLA242911; together with (I) the whole buildings and erections from time to time; (ii) the heritable fittings and fixtures therein and thereon; (iii) the parts, privileges and pertinents thereof; and (iv) the whole rights, title and interest, therein and thereto.
