By way of assignment all present and future rights to all moneys standing to the credit of the account maintained by the settlement trustee (as defined) with national westminster bank PLC or such other bank as may be selecetd by the settlement trustee designated "royal exchange trustees nominees limited-peabody settlement trustee account" by way of assignment all present and future rights and claims under the subscription agreement dated 8TH august 1997 by way of first legal mortgage the £50,000,000 in nominal amount of 10.25 per cent first mortgage debenture stock and all present and futurerights in relation thereto by way of first legal mortgage all investments from time to time purchased by the settlement trustee out of moneys standing to the credit of the settlement trustee account and held on the trusts of the declaration of trust.
