All of the companys right title & interests to and in the vehicles the company may employ in the performance of the principal agreement dated 31/3/89.

All monies due or to become due from thecompany to the chargee pursuant to the principal agreement dated 31/3/89,the lease,the vehicle buy backagreement or the vehicle hire agreement as defined in the principal agreement
