All monies due or to become due from the company to hill samuel bank limited as agent and trustee for the beneficiaries or any of them (as defined) on any account whatsoever

By way of first fixed charge the account held or to be held in the name of the chargee and the company referred to in clause 17.7.1 of the contract as the retention account and all sums standing to the credit of such account and any accrued interest on such sums.
