In favour of the chargee, the company as principal debtor has guaranteed to the security trustee prompt performance by autolink concessionaires (M6) PLC (autolink) of all its obligations under or in connection with the finance documents and the payment by autolink on the due date of the guaranteed amounts in accordance with the finance documents and has undertaken to the security trustee that if and each time that autolink does not make payment of any amount of the guaranteed amounts in accordance with the finance documents, the company shall pay to the security trustee the amounts not so paid upon first written demand by the security trustee.
