By way of first fixed charge all the right title and interest from time to time in the pledged securities related rights attaching or relating to the pledged securities and all cash or other assets hereafter belonging to the chargor and deriving from the pledged securities by way of first floating charge the whole of the chargor's assets present and future not otherwise effectively charged or assigned by way of fixed security or assignment.

All monies due or to become due from the company to the financing parties (or any of them) on any account whatsoever under the terms of the aforementioned instrument creating or evidencing the charge
