All the rights to and title benefit and interest in from time to time the assigned property being the proceeds of the innisfree letters of credit issued as credit enhancement of the obligations of the innisfree shareholder in the intercreditor agreement to subscribe for hc equity and hc loan notes on the dates and in the amounts specified in the intercreditor agreement and the sponsor guarantee. All monies due or to become due from the company to the equity bridge lenders on any account whatsoever under the terms of the aforementioned instrument creating or evidencing the charge

The whole of the property (including uncalled capital) which is or may be from time to time while the floating charge is in force comprised in the property and undertaking of the chargor.
