Pursuant to clause 3.1.3 of the debenture, the company charged by way of fixed charge, the trademarks with registration numbers 00002346245, 00002241570 and 00915558307, and patents with registration numbers C1506183/01, 1506183 and 2009247762, any other trademarks and patents set out at schedule 3.

Pursuant to clause 3 of the charge, the company charged as collateral, the trademarks with registration numbers 00002346245, 00003357629 and 00801481006, and patents with patent registration numbers 1506183, 2531742 and 3160951 and the additional patents and trademarks contained in schedule 4.

Pursuant to clause 2 of the charge, the company charged a security interest over, the trademarks with registration numbers 1344511 and 5894686, and patents with patent numbers 10786514, 11406664 and 10508094 and the additional patent numbers contained in schedule 1.

Pursuant to clause 3.1 of the security agreement, the company charged by way of fixed charge the trademark with registration number 00003357629, patent with registration number 1506183 and the other trademarks, registered designs and patents set out in schedule 1 to the security agreement.

Pursuant to clause 2 of the security agreement, the company charged the patents and trademarks set out in schedule 1 to the security agreement.
