Fixed and floating charges over all assets of the company, present and future, as more particularly described in clause 3 of the debenture.

All and whole the tenant’s in a lease between (1) james anderson barr taylor and mrs shelia kerr stewart taylor and (2) the said james anderson barr taylor, the said mrs shelia kerr stewart taylor, archie martin taylor and james anderson barr taylor (junior) as partners of the firm of A.taylor & son (as landlords) and falkirk tod hill wind limited (as tenant) dated 3 and 20 june 2014, the tenant’s interest in which is registered in the land registrar of scotland under title number STG70546 as varied by a minute of agreement and variation of lease between (1) james anderson barr taylor and mrs shelia kerr stewart taylor and (2) the said james anderson barr taylor, the said mrs shelia kerr stewart taylor, archie martin taylor and james anderson barr taylor (junior) as partners of the firm of A.taylor & son (as landlords) and falkirk tod hill wind limited (as tenant) dated 20 november and 4 december 2014, and currently undergoing registration in the land register of scotland under title number STG70546, as subsequently amended and/or varied from time to time together with (one) the whole buildings and erections thereon (two) the fittings and fixtures therein and thereon (three) the parts, privileges and pertinents thereof (four) the whole rights common, mutual and exclusive effeiring thereto and (five) the chargor’s whole right, title and interest, present and future, therein and thereto.
