West midlands trains limited has assigned absolutely with full title guarantee to porterbrook leasing mid company limited all its right, title and interest in and to (and claims under) the construction contract assignment dated 27 march 2024 and all related property rights in respect thereof including, without limitation, all claims for damages in respect of any breach by any counterparty to that construction contract assignment.
