The chargor: charges the property, being (1) the freehold property known as land laying to the south west of the road leading from tonbridge to rye in peasmarsh and more particularly comprised within title number ESX8589 at the land registry; and (2) the freehold property known as oaklands, main street, peasmarsh, rye, TN31 6YD and more particularly comprised within title number ESX8571 at the land registry, by way of legal mortgage.
