Origin (topco) limited (“the chargor”) charges to paragon development finance limited (“the lender”) with full title guarantee by way of a fixed charge all the shares and related rights to those shares including all rights and enforcement of the same in origin (topco) limited.

All the existing or future interest of the origin (topco) limited and any of them in the issued share capital of the derwent rise (seaton) limited including, without limitation, 1 ordinary share.
