The property known as part of land at wynyard park, wynyard, billingham as shown edged red on plan 1, being the land transferred to sigma prs investments (siskin park ii) limited pursuant to the terms of a transfer of part made between (1) countryside properties (UK) limited and (2) sigma prs investments (siskin park ii) limited dated 30 september 2022 with pending title number CE255092 as at the date of the security agreement (but excluding the land shown edged red on plan 2) currently forming part of the land registered at the land registry with title number CE248404 as at the date of the security agreement.
