The “relevant contracts” which is defined in the instrument as including (a) the “nottingham fca” being a forward commitment agreement dated 31 january 2024 made between (1) strata homes yorkshire limited and (2) the company in relation to development and acquisition of the freehold land at radford road, nottingham forming part of land registry title numbers NT354838 and NT468178, as shown edged red on the plan attached at schedule 4 (plan) of the instrument and (b) the nottingham call option (as defined in the instrument). Any freehold or leasehold property now vested in the company and its interest in any freehold or leasehold property acquired after the date of the instrument.
