You give to us, with full title guarantee, and as continuing security for the payment of the debt: a legal mortgage over all freehold (including commonhold) and leasehold land that you own including the land set out in part 1 of the schedule to this debenture (if any); a first fixed charge (except as already mortgaged to us above) over all your present and future right, title and interest in or to (a) any freehold (including commonhold) or leasehold land and all buildings, fixtures and fittings on it; and (k) all intellectual property.
