By way of first legal mortgage, any freehold property located in england and wales in respect of which the chargor has any right, title or interest and any leasehold property located in england and wales in respect of which that the chargor has any right, title or interest and which has an unexpired term of at least 12 years, and by first fixed charge, any property described above not validly charged by way of first legal mortgage and any intellectual property of the chargor.
