All monies.debenture all the company's book debts and other debts revenues and claims present future and contingent (including choses in action which may give rise to a debt revenue or claim and the proceeds of insurance or similar claim) due or owing or which may become due or owing to or purchased or otherwise acquired by the company and the proceeds of realisation of the same and the full benefit of all rights and remedies relating thereto including but not limited to any negotiable or non-negotiable instruments guarantees, indemnities, debentures, legal and equitable charges and other security reservation of title or other proprietory rights, rights of tracing, liens and all other rights and remedies of any nature whatsoever in respect of the same but so as not to include any debts purchased by aib group (UK) PLC from the company. Note:the debenture contained a provision that during the subsistence of the debenture the company shall not (save with the prior written consent of aib group (UK) PLC) be at liberty to create any security affecting any of the above charged property which would rank in priority to or pari passu with the charge created by the debenture or enter into an agreement...see doc 7 for further details.

All monies charge by way of debenture. By way of fixed charge all the freehold and leasehold property ( if any) of the company now vested in it whether or not registered at hm land registry together with all the buildings fixtures including trade fixtures and fixed plant and machinery from time to time thereon.

Fixed and floating charges over all assets and undertaking of the company present and future. Please refer to the instrument for further details.
